First we inspect, then we certify
A boletín isn't just paperwork: it certifies that the installation is safe and meets the regulations. So we start by inspecting it: the fuse box, the protections, the earthing and the general state of the wiring.
If everything's fine, we issue the certificate. If something needs fixing, we tell you what and how much before touching anything, and certify it once it's done.

Frequently asked questions
What is the boletín?+
It's the common name for the Certificado de Instalación Eléctrica (CIE), the electrical installation certificate. It's issued by an authorised installer and confirms that the installation meets Spanish regulations. The electricity company asks for it to connect the supply or make certain changes to the contract.
When will I be asked for it?+
To connect the electricity in a new property or one that's been without supply for a while, to increase the contracted power and, in some cases, to put the contract in your name. If you're not sure whether you need it, call us and we'll tell you.
What if my installation doesn't pass?+
We tell you exactly what needs fixing and what it will cost. Once it's done, we issue the certificate.
How long does it take?+
It depends on the state of the installation. If it's fine, it's a visit to inspect it plus the paperwork. If something needs fixing, it's however long the repair takes.
