The LED strip sits inside an aluminium profile, which draws away the heat and makes it last longer. On top goes a diffuser, so the light comes out soft and doesn't dazzle.

Can it be controlled from my phone?+
Yes, if you want. It can work from the normal switch, from your phone, or both.
What's the aluminium profile for?+
It draws heat away from the LED strip, so it lasts longer. With a diffuser on top, the light is soft and doesn't dazzle, even if you look straight at it.
Do you do terraces too?+
Yes. Indirect lighting works really well on terraces and porches: warm light without harsh shadows.
